How it Works

How do I receive my media content once it is ready?

You will receive an email notification with convenient links to access your content.  We utilize a sleek and user-friendly media management system to organize and deliver all our media content along with powerful property marketing tools.  For added convenience, all our media content offers the ability to download full resolution files and files that are preformatted and optimized for the MLS.  The notification email will also provide you with a link designed specifically to share with your homeowner client so they can review the content as well without the ability to download.

What is your cancelation and reschedule policy?

We understand that the real estate business requires the ability to handle very fluid situations.  There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelations before the day of the scheduled photoshoot.  We may charge a fee of up to $75 for same day cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

How do you accept payments?

An invoice will be provided once your media has been delivered.  We accept credit / debit card or check payments.  All your invoices will be available to you in your secure client portal.

Do you service areas outside of the Rogue Valley?

We are happy to consider projects outside of our area on a case-by-case basis.  We frequently service clients in Crescent City, Brookings, Gold Beach, Yreka, Klamath Falls and Roseburg.

What method or style of photography do you provide?

We use professional grade, full-frame cameras to capture the highest quality images possible.  We utilize 5 exposure bracketed images to create what is commonly known as HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography and professionally edit them together manually for optimal quality.  On our higher-end, more premium homes, we shoot a combination of Ambient exposures and Flash exposures that get manually blended to create the most natural, high-quality look possible.  This highly skilled method is commonly referred to as Flash / Ambient blending or “Flambient.”  You can see our entire equipment list here.

What does your marketing kit offer?

Our marketing kit offers a multitude of powerful property marketing tools such as social media reels, teaser videos, slide show videos, printable flyers, social media graphics, gorgeous property websites and so much more.  All materials in the marketing kit are completely customizable.  This is a great value that would cost hundreds of dollars and hours of time if outsourced to other vendors or done in house.

Do you offer quantity or volume discounts for high producing realtors, brokerages, or teams?

If you are a realtor, team or brokerage that is consistently listing more than 10 properties per month and have a single payer source, we can set up a team account with customized pricing, allowances and rules to suite your company’s unique needs.

What is the difference between a video tour and a virtual tour?

Our virtual tours utilize advanced technology such as the Matterport or iGuide platforms to create a 3D model of the home and allow prospective buyers to navigate and view the entire home at their own pace to really immerse themselves the layout and features of the home. Virtual tours are interactive and are compatible with Virtual Reality headsets.  It also allows prospective buyers to take measurements and view the floor plan layout of the home.

Video tours on the other hand are not interactive but allow the prospective buyer to sit back and enjoy a professionally produced presentation of a home.  Video tours or cinematically produced marketing videos can be tremendously valuable for those realtors with a strong social media presence.
